Your account

You may not use Hypermart to engage in illegal activity, infringe on intellectual property, distribute malware, or sell prohibited goods.
Subscription and billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You can cancel any time; cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may close your account at any time.
Disclaimer
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid in the prior twelve months.
